We only reference third-party certifications (for example SOC 2) after we publish evidence for them. No online service is perfectly secure—use a strong, unique password and protect your account.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We also retain data as necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations - Resolve disputes - Enforce our agreements - Maintain security and prevent fraud - Preserve billing and service usage evidence
For security, billing, and abuse prevention, server-side activity and audit logs (which may include IP address and user agent) are kept for a limited period—often on the order of months—tunable by platform administrators in the product (not ad-hoc environment variables), unless applicable law, accounting, or active disputes require longer retention.
Email delivery logs are retained for 30 days by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
