1. Step 1Open supportPress the headset key — Help & Support — in the top bar, from any page. The Support page opens the same panel.
2. Step 2Write to supportType in the box and press Enter to send. Everything you and support say stays in this one chat.
3. Step 3Attach a file or screenshotThe paperclip attaches files and the camera captures your screen. You can also paste a screenshot straight into the box.
4. Step 4Share your screenOnce a chat exists, Share screen lets support see what you see. Press Stop sharing to end it.
5. Step 5Keep it open while you workMinimise the panel to a small Support widget, expand it for more room, or close it. New replies pop up from the widget.
