1. Step 1Open DeliverabilitySettings → Deliverability. These rules apply to every import and to contacts added by hand.
2. Step 2Choose the hard rulesSyntax, missing MX and disposable domains. A row that fails a hard rule is skipped on import, so it never reaches a send.
3. Step 3Decide what risky meansRole and free-mail checks only tag. Tag risky/unknown keeps those rows and tags them instead of skipping them.
4. Step 4Suppress rejects, or notAuto-suppress rejected addresses adds every rejected row to your suppression list, so a later import cannot bring it back.
5. Step 5Save changesNothing applies until you press Save changes. The next import uses the new rules.
6. Step 6Review blocked addressesOpen suppression settings to see what was blocked and why, and to release an address you trust.
